I am going to share the simplest way I know to revolutionize your business, your income, and your life.
Best of all, it’s only 4 words.
But these 4 words can drastically change everything for you…beginning TODAY.
The 4 words are: Stop…Start…More…and Less…
STOP: What are the things you are doing that you need to STOP doing? The things that are wasting your time. The things that cost you money and are not working. The things that provide a minimal R.O.I of your time and money. The word STOP is the most important word of all 4 words because once you identify the things you need to stop doing, you will free up the time to move on to the next word.
START: What are the things you need to START doing? These are the things that you are not doing, but you know you should be doing. You haven’t started doing them because you do not have the time. But now that you have identified things you can STOP doing, you can START doing what you really need to do in your business, like calling past clients, setting up email marketing campaigns, holding open houses, and planning your end-of-year client appreciation event.
MORE: What are the things you are doing that you need to do MORE of? These are the things you are doing today that produce great results, and if you only had the time to do MORE (and you do now), you would have even greater results. It’s not about going wider into more diverse strategies and tactics, but instead going deeper into refining and perfecting what you have already proven will work in your business.
LESS: What are the things you are doing that you need to do LESS of? These are the things you must do, but you could spend less time doing them by streamlining your process or delegating to someone else. For example, last year, I switched my accounting software to an online program that automatically downloads every deposit, check, and credit card charge from my online bank accounts. All I have to do is categorize each entry. This eliminated data entry errors and reduced the amount of time I spent preparing numbers for my CPA from multiple hours every month to just a few minutes each week.
Stop…Start…More…Less…It could not be simpler.
Things you need to STOP doing, things you need to START doing, things you need to do MORE of, and things you need to do LESS of.
After you complete the exercise for the first time, put a reminder on your calendar to do it again every 90 days to compound your improvements.
Embracing the simplicity of this strategy and continuing to refine it with quarterly reviews will compound your improvements and help you build the business you have always dreamed of.
