It's time to let you in on something I call the BIGGEST SECRET in the real estate business.

Recent data from Homelight.com states there are over 2,000,000 licensed real estate agents in the USA.

About 1.3 Million of them are Realtors.

  • How are consumers going to find YOU in a crowded group of agents?
  • How are you going to stand out from everyone else?
  • Why are sellers going to call YOU when it's time to list their home?
  • Why would a buyer call YOU to show them the home they found on Zillow?

These are tough questions...that lead me to the biggest secret in the real estate business.

The biggest secret is...


When I say the BEST real estate agents...I'm referring to the real estate agents who are at the top of the income ladder in their local market.

After all, that's what we are all aiming for, right?

When I hear agents say: "The business has slowed down..." I typically respond by saying: "No, it hasn't. You just don't have any leads."

Knowing what the biggest secret is will not move you to the top rung of the ladder.

But knowing how to become one of the BEST lead generators will.

There are dozens, even thousands of ways to generate leads. This site will touch on many of them.

But the ones we will dive deep on are those based on referral generation and others that do not cost a lot of money. 

I will not be suggesting any insta-quick "Ninja" lead buying services. I also avoid anything that uses robo-call or robo-text services. The last thing I want to do is try to generate leads by pissing them off.
