What to do when you are Stuck in a Rut and Can’t get Moving.

We all get stuck in a rut from time to time. We think we are doing everything right, but nothing is happening.

We are not moving.

Disappointments and missed opportunities, and even canceled transactions...are all a part of the real estate business.

But if you are on the right path, you just need to keep going.

Whether your current challenge is lead generation, lead conversion, or getting better at negotiation, understand that occasional setbacks and failures are a part of the journey toward success. 

I've always believed that if you are not failing regularly, you are not trying hard enough, and you're stuck in the rut of comfort and predictability. 

It's time to expand your boundaries and try new strategies.

Because the only difference between you and the top producing agents in your area is the bulldog tenacity they exhibit, pushing through times of failure.  

They never quit.

Top producers own every moment and make no excuses for their results. It's never anyone's fault but their own. They work through challenges and obstacles with unbridled enthusiasm. They know beyond the shadow of a doubt that they will eventually break through to the side of success.

Success is the product of your determination, your effort, and your attitude - all of which precede new leads, new listings, and new transactions.

Remember that success in the real estate business is about building personal relationships with people.

That's why top producers remain focused on the actions that will expand their sphere of influence. They have learned that most listings come from their S.O.I. referrals and make building their S.O.I. their number one priority. 

Begin immediately to project higher energy and confidence levels - even when it seems like nothing is working.

Then use that energy to keep moving forward.
