Who is in Your CRM?

 March 19, 2022

By  Dennis Jones

Your CRM (Client Relationship Management) database is a core component to your real estate business.

It contains the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of everybody you know.

R.A.R.E Agents know that it's not only a database, but a source of future business.

A recent New York Times article revealed that the average person knows about 600 people. The challenge is remembering their names!

That's why I put together the list I refer to as The R.A.R.E Agent Memory Jogger.

The list below will prompt you to think about people you interact with in the normal course of living your everyday life. Think about each category and enter the names that come to mind in your CRM. Everyone you know is potential client or source of referral business.

You can’t follow up with them if they’re not in your CRM!

Take your time. You only have to go through this list once. Allow each question and category to trigger names of people you know.

Don’t worry if you can't remember their full contact information right now. If you think of their name, enter them into your database. You can always go back and add more detail later.
